Shipping Cut-off Time

All orders placed before 5 pm will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 5 pm will be shipped the following day before the close of business. Orders made on Sundays and public holidays may experience delays of a few days.

Shipping

After placing an order, all shipping costs will be calculated during checkout.

Order Changes

You may request to change your order as long as your order is still in the process. Please call or email us as soon as possible to request an order change. Once your order has been shipped, you cannot make changes to it.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product was listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. If your credit card or M-Pesa has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we will immediately issue a refund.

Return

We will only accept a return if the item bought is still in its original/sealed state and not used.
We will cover the cost of return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error or a defective item.

All claims, including non- defective item returns, must be made within three (3) days after receipt of goods.

Kindly note, after 3 working days, we won’t accept any returns. Customer is responsible for shipping both ways under all conditions. All shipping and handling fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
