01. The order
We do same day delivery for all Nairobi orders with the rider option. However if you choose pick up Mtaani, you will receive your order the next day
We charge a delivery fee, except the store pickup option which is free.
Yes we deliver Nationwide. We also deliver to Uganda, Tanzania and South Sudan
Yes we do. Shipping charges depends on the preferred air cargo.
02. Shipment
We ship in products after every two weeks, if we’ve run out of stock on a particular product. Kindly check with us within this period for an update.
We have been selling skincare and makeup products for the past eight years. We source and stock only genuine products. Tested, proven and loved by our clients.
Yes, we offer personal orders on products that we don’t stock.
Pre-orders takes about 3 weeks for us to receive and deliver your products.
03. Returns, exchange, discounts, and complaints
Yes, we do run sales, sign up for our newsletter to stay updated on our amazing offer deals
All orders placed before 5 pm will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 5 pm will be shipped the following day before the close of business. Orders made on Sundays and public holidays may experience delays of a few days.
We will only accept a return if the item bought is still in its original/sealed state and not used.
We will cover the cost of return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error or a defective item. All claims, including non- defective item returns, must be made within three (3) days after receipt of goods.

We are located in Nairobi CBD, Jamia Shopping Mall, Ground Flr Shop G113 ,Tubman Rd.
We open our physical store at 8.30am and close at 7pm. However, you can shop online anytime, anywhere.
Yes, we offer free consultations on all products.
We also guide you on how to use all products bought from us.
